Cute As Can Bee accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to charge on the above credit cards.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Cute As Can Bee values its customers and respects their privacy. We do not share the information you provide to third parties under any circumstances.
DELIVERY:
Cute As Can Bee ships Fed Ex Ground to the USA and Canada. Orders will typically be shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. If you have a special delivery request, we ask that you phone or email our customer service department to make special arrangements for your delivery. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and the Continental United States. We do not ship to post office boxes.
Our shipping rates are flat fees based on total dollar amounts. They are as follows:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We will make an exchange or give a merchandise credit if you are not satisfied with a Cute As Can Bee product.

All returns or exchanges MUST be made within 10 business days from receipt of your order.

Call our customer service department or email for a return authorization number. Once the number is issued, the merchandise must be received by Cute As Can Bee within 7 days. This number must be sent, along with the original receipt, with the item you are returning or exchanging.

Depending on the reason for return and circumstances, we will either issue a merchandise credit, exchange for another Cute As Can Bee product, or credit your credit card.

Merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, in new condition, and with original packaging.

Sale or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping will not be refunded. Customer must pay for all return shipping.

The original copy of your sales receipt must accompany your return/exchange.

Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

The refund process could take up to 30 days to complete.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax in the amount of 8.25% of the total is charged to all orders shipped to Texas.
MERCHANDISE AVAILIBILITY:
Most items are in stock. However, due to the nature of soft goods, fabrics may be backordered or discontinued at times, or an item may be sold out. Unless otherwise requested, Cute As Can Bee will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will advise you of any items not available at the time of order. If you do not wish to purchase the backordered item, you must let us know within 7 days of the backorder notification.

Cute As Can Bee carefully reviews all orders. We typically ship to the same address that appears as the billing address. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database to be only accessed as stated above.
